How Entry-Level Job Requirements Have Shifted

I read this article with great interest for those within the early career sector. While this article holds much promise for new grads, the concept of entry-level has shifted to requiring several years of experience, for many organizations.

For many college students who are paying for their own education or some aspect thereof, internships are not a luxury they are able to take part in. For the kids within the pro bono segment of my practice, working at the supermarket or a warehouse is where they will be this summer.
